Death doesnโt have to be avoided
It is difficult for our culture to know how to hold space for and deal with death and the dying. It is often awkward, difficult and so many things are left unspoken.
As an End of Life Doula, I support those ready to transition and their loved ones in the process. This looks different for every person and family.
Ways I support:
I offer consultations with family and friends, phone calls, in person visits and leading discussions. I support the dying and their family and friends by connecting them and guiding the journey with as much ease and grace as possible. I can create space for and guide difficult conversations and open the door for deep heartfelt words to be spoken, held and heard.
I also offer loving touch and Reiki Energy Vibrations as a modality of comforting the body, mind, soul and emotions.
