What to Expect in Our Sessions

In these sessions, I utilize a combination of modalities, including theta states, music, healing touch, fascia release bodywork—when you feel comfortable with it. I will guide you to explore and release pain, grief, anxieties, traumas and more. The depth of the session will meet you where you are. These sessions are not overnight cures; they are a space to unravel suppressed emotions and learn about your unconscious and how to reprogram yourself.

The Power of Somatic Release- a path of wholeness

Somatic Release focuses on teaching the body how to consciously move difficult emotions. This is achieved through a combination of visualization, touch, and conversation. Clients are in a safe container, lying down, with an eye mask, fully clothed. Each client and session is unique and led by the Spirit.

This signature offering is designed for anyone seeking to experience expansion and feel whole.

Why my Personal Journey is relevant

This offering stems from my own lived experiences. Having struggled with deep sadness, depression, anxiety, and hopelessness, traumas and more, I experienced such great physical pain, that I was lead into deep grief. By moving through my own grief, I learned how to release energy stuck in my body and reprogram my neural pathways. I had no intention of creating this offering when I went through this and even after, however, I found that when working with clients, I could guide them, the same way I guided myself.

While we will work with grief and difficult emotions, this process is not about being sad all the time; it’s about moving through grief to feel unstuck and genuinely good. Our capacity to feel is on a spectrum: the deeper we experience pain, the greater our capacity for joy. When we allow ourselves to grieve fully, we also grant ourselves permission to experience joy.

I reached a pivotal moment in my life when I felt the deep need to change. It was difficult, but I knew it was the right choice for me and I trust you will know if it’s the right path for you.

The Challenge of Change

Although it seems everyone would want this transformation, not everyone is ready to embrace the changes required for inner liberation. Change can be scary and involves facing the unknown, letting go of comfort, and confronting what hides within. There are words, memories, and feelings that need a safe space to be expressed.

Session Structure

Each 75-minute session is designed to guide you into a theta state for deep relaxation, while I offer light hands-on energy healing and encourage you to open your inner vision. In this safe, loving space, you can process suppressed memories, feelings, and experiences. I may incorporate fascial or manual release techniques to address muscles, pressure points, and joints, hips, chest, back, legs, feet and belly.

This is not a step-by-step process; it is led by Spirit and intended for deep processing. I will guide you through teaching your body how to allow emotions to move through the body and be fully felt and expressed.

Comprehensive Healing Experience

These sessions combine somatic releasing, coaching, spiritual guidance, energy work, visualization, astrology, and deeper awareness of the shadow self. We are not just “talking about things”; we are actively engaging in healing, which makes this a powerful offering.

While I recommend at least four sessions for results, many clients choose to work with me for several months or longer as they continuously release, reprogram, and discover new layers of themselves. Releasing and reprogramming takes time, and any program promising quick results is an illusion.

Remember

I can’t do this “for you”. This is about you showing up for you and learning to listen to yourself and fully feel. Instead of avoiding “difficult emotions,” we will teach your body to process them and reprogram your neural pathways effectively.

Trying to maintain a “positive” mindset often leads to avoidance of genuine feelings, keeping you stuck. It’s okay to be afraid to feel your emotions, but if you desire transformation and the freedom to live fully, it’s time to release the identity of always being positive.

You have the power to make choices that align with you. My role is to guide you toward liberation and support you in finding your most authentic self. You always have the power.

Humans feel overwhelmed by the amount of grief, pain, trauma or shame that is within them. We have all experienced some level of trauma in the body. For some it is small t trauma and others it is big T Trauma. Regardless, this energy is suppressed into the body in the form of squeezing, holding, tightness, tension, pain and discomfort. And often, we are wildly unaware of it. Until, something happens to trigger it.

Around 2-5 years hold, and for some even younger, we told our bodies that it is not safe to feel our feelings. Therefore, we suppressed our feelings down into the body to keep ourselves safe, and this suppression caused energetic disruptions. This can be anything from physical symptoms, diseases, ailments, or mental and emotional disruptions like anxiety, stress or fatigue. The majority of us are operating out of this stressful energy and therefore, are creating more and more of the same, unintentionally.

  • Release Physical and Mental Tension in the Body: Working with the body’s stored trauma, somatic therapy supports releasing the physical tension, pain, and discomfort in the body. Physical ailments are connected to our emotional + mental tensions- which are often hidden from our awareness.

  • Emotional Capacity, Deeper Awareness, Clarity + Consciousness: Somatic Release Therapy + Neural reprogramming supports clients to become aware of what is driving their emotions and teaches them how to feel the emotions that are present and then how to reprogram them.

  • Healing Trauma at the core level: Our Traumas are stored in our memory and in our body. Somatic Release therapy helps heal trauma at a mental, emotional and physiological level.

  • Deep Sense of Safety: Throughout the sessions, we teach the body how to feel safe to feel the emotions that feel overwhelming to feel alone. It is vital to teach the body that emotions are not our enemy, although they can feel that way at times.

What to know before the session?

I create a safe space for you to express. Nothing is forced in this session and we are lead intuitively by what you are ready for. This is not a silent session, once you are in a theta state of feeling and being, you will be able to express what is ready to be witnessed within you. I will hold space for this expression and support you express and to deeply listen, understand and recognize your unconscious story. Then I will teach you to reprogram your unconscious mind and inner story.

Every person experiences feelings differently and so it may take several sessions before your body feels ready to release emotion. If you have experienced a lot of trauma or have been going through a lot of deep healing work, you may want to do the 3-5 hour session of Personal Life History Mapping before doing the Somatic Release & Neural Reprogramming as this will give us time to get to know one another and you will have space to tell me your story, which is a vital part of experiencing wholeness.
