This work is my passion. We will create a safe and healing space for the body to rest and the nervous system to regulate. I use my intuitive gifts to gently lead you into this restful calm state and then allow your subconscious to lead us to what is ready to be released. Your body holds emotional pain, trauma, shame, guilt, sadness, pain etc, which cause physical tightness and pain within the body as well as types of emotional and mental pain, such as depression, anxiety, shame, self sabotage, hopelessness, worries, loops, patterns, addiction and more. The session works to release the deeply held emotions and to bring full awareness to what you are feeling. It can take several sessions for your nervous system to begin to regulate.   In this container, I guide you to understand your unconscious mind and shadow. Then, I guide reprogramming to create new neural pathways in the body/ mind connection

At least 4 sessions are needed to learn and understand the shadow, unconscious mind and the reprogramming process. 8-12 or more sessions are recommended.

Reiki is a hands-on healing practice to channel universal life force energy into the body. Rooted in ancient traditions, Reiki promotes unconditional loving acceptance that opens the energy fields to clear blockages, release grief, connect to Source, and find a deeper connection and clarity to one’s own soul.

I offer Group Reiki Healing experiences for Private Parties, Treatment Facilities, Healing Centers, Rehab Centers, Yoga Studio’s, Spa Experiences and more. The group session will involve a meditation, to center each person in their body. Each person will receive a mini Reiki energy healing treatment. Sessions will be customized based on needs.

Everything is connected to Sound- because energy is both light and sound. And sound has the power to order or disorder the visible and invisible world.

Think, the sound of rain or calm ocean waves, immediately sends a wave of calm over the body. On the other hand, a scream or an angry tone, sends a wave of stress over the body.

Sound Baths are powerful ways to decrease feelings and thoughts of stress, which is energy that negatively impact your body, mind and spirit.

Stress is an energy that create imbalance in the body and when we are in stress states we enter into survival mindsets and unrest. This keeps us from being able to rewire our beliefs and manifest the life we want to create.

When we spend time in sound healing meditation, we immediately begin to create a calming restorative mindset. Being in this state will increase your cell recovery and immune system function while the vibrations of sound permeate your entire body and the energy all around your body, increasing the capacity for your cells and your entire nervous system to recalibrate and align.

When we are in stress, fear, anxiety, worry, self sabotage etc, the energy patterns of our electromagnetic field are disrupted, causing imbalances in our body, mind and spirit. This is why we struggle with sleep, feeling rested, experiencing joy, and having a clear mind.
