Your unconscious is a highly intelligent part of you that is built to survive. It is created from survival instincts. However, when we live from “survival” we end up living from fear and lose power. My work is to guide you to become the creator of the unconscious mind- teaching your unconscious that you no longer have to live from survival and instead, you can actually become a conscious creator and thrive.

Your Unconscious is a powerful magnet. From the unconscious we create stories and these stories attract circumstances and experiences. If unconscious is running on survival - we are attracting experiences that will reflect that scarcity.

My life’s work is to guide humans into their unconscious so they can learn to understand their own shadow and thus be freed from their own unconscious. Although we are already whole, we do not experience wholeness because we have pushed parts of ourselves away into our unconscious/ shadow. The shadow holds fear, guilt, shame, pain and greif. And the unconscious mind and shadow are seeking to avoid feeling and knowing these parts of ourselves.

Often we feel overwhelmed by the amount of grief, pain, trauma or shame- and we do not feel safe to move through those feelings. My work is to guide you to become fully capable to move through all human emotions without keeping them trapped in your body. Rather than avoiding all the “difficult emotions” we teach your body to move through those emotions you have suppressed and then work on neural reprogramming.

Most humans are seeking to avoid this, even therapists, and well meaning light workers, they want you to feel better and to make the "pain go away”; but just feeling better is avoiding the shadow and pain; thus keeping you stuck…and the inner freedom we crave, is not found in avoiding.

In a 1:1 Session, I will support you to go into a theta state to access the emotions held deep within your body. During this experience we will create space to express your feelings and witness your unconscious mind/body and this is meant to allow you to move through emotions and fully express them.

I create a safe space for you to express. Nothing is forced in this session and we are lead intuitively by what you are ready for. This is not a silent session, once you are in a theta state of feeling and being, you will be able to express what is ready to be witnessed. I will hold space for this expression and support you to deeply listen, understand and recognize your unconscious story. Then I will teach you to reprogram your unconscious mind and inner story. Every person experiences feelings differently and so it may take several sessions before your body is ready to release emotions.

After you have witnessed and released, I teach you HOW to reprogram. In the session I will guide you into reprogramming and connecting with the energy in the body.

This is meant to be a 75 min session with time to discuss the session but the session may go over as we can not end a session abruptly when working with this level of depth.

Your personal life history and story is essential to understanding your life path, your shadow, your purposes and your joy. In this in depth session, I will be guiding you to provide me with your life story- I will be recording the answers and asking you questions as you tell me all about your life. We will seek to leave no stone unturned, so that you can feel fully seen, heard and understood.

To tell your story without anyone’s input or anyone sharing about their life; is extremely healing and cathartic. In most therapeutic settings, it’s rambling and venting; which isn’t wrong or bad; but keeps you stuck in loops.

In this session, I am seeking to guide you to provide a life overview; with in depth questions and to pull out of you thoughts and feelings you may not know you are thinking. We will have 3 to 5 hours for this session and if longer is needed, we will adjust.

This sets the tone and deeper understanding for what may be processed during the Somatic Release and Neural Reprogramming Sessions. It is recommended that you schedule at the very least 4 Sessions after this one and then a pattern mapping and Astrological blueprint session to support creating deeper understanding of your life path.

The Birth Chart Reading includes a deep dive into your soul’s design, your soul contracts, your gifts, your struggles, your longings, your communication styles, your wounds, traumas, your dharma / work, relationships, and how you are here to evolve. There is so much to cover in a birth chart reading and it takes time to truly unpack your birth chart. In the reading, we will discuss all of the planets, major aspects, minor asteroids & north and south node.

The Birth Chart is your unique design and a map that connects you with your soul. My readings will deeply support you to align with the longing and truth of your own soul. Astrology Readings aren’t designed to “tell you” what you are- rather to inspire what is already written inside of you. I love birth chart readings! I offer varying times, depending on how much you want to discuss your personal chart and the meanings of everything.

The birth chart is the basis for every other reading. An exact birth time is required for an accurate reading, but I have done many readings for people who didn’t know the exact time and was still able to provide them with some insight. Contact me with questions.

A progressed chart reading reveals how you have grown and transformed through your birth chart.

The Natal Chart is a blueprint for your soul, and the progressed chart shows the current chapter of your life, your evolving emotions, perspectives and expressions. This is supportive for those who already have an understanding of their Natal Chart and are ready to go deeper. We will Explore:

I offer healing, loving and comforting touch to those preparing for the end of life. It can be a difficult time for everyone and I offer compassionati guidance and support in conversations and sharing. End of Life Doula Services are by donation/ love offering.

This is a 60 minute session with 15 minutes before and after or integration and discussion. Additional time is $40/hr. This can be offered in my office or at your home, if you have a private, quiet space.
